| February & March were taken up w/ house stuff.....it was a Short Sale so we were expecting it to take months & months. However, from offer to closing it took about 6 weeks. We didn't tell anybody til the end so as not to get their hopes up (& ours). Once we closed...the process has been drug out....we didn't move in right away, but took a couple of weeks to repaint & re-carpet. ....The only things I wanted in a house for us was a garage, a yard, a pantry & a coat closet. It had it all plus 4 bedrooms. It is perfect for us & what we need right now! We excited to have our own space! Here are the before pictures |
